Our event is indoors and Special or Seasonal Events where the total attendance will be in excess of 250 individuals (according to capacity limits in Stages 4 and 4.5) must have an event plan approved by local health officials before proceeding.
Our plan is being submitted to the Boone County Health Department
Vendors will be verbally screened upon registering and their temperature taken.
Visitors will be verbally screened upon entering and their temperature taken.
The following questions will be asked. No private information is asked or retained. Anyone answering “yes” will be denied entry to the event.
In the past 24 hours, have you experienced Fever, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell, Chills, Head or muscle, Nausea, diarrhea, or vomiting?
In the past 14 days, have you been in close proximity to anyone who was experiencing any of the above?
In the past 14 days, have you been in close proximity to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19?
In the past 14 days, have you been on a commercial flight or traveled outside of the United States?
Is there any reason why you feel you are at a higher risk of contracting COVID-19 or experiencing complications from COVID-19 by entering the event?
Everyone will be required to wear face coverings.
Visitors will be asked to read a sign with the questions above. If they answer yes to any of the questions, entry will be denied.
Restrooms will be sanitized multiple times a day with an alcohol solution.
Vendors will be encouraged to limit the number of people in their stores.
Pedestrian pathways will be larger to accommodate for social distancing.
Signage encouraging social distancing will be displayed.
Any further recommendations from the Boone County Health Department and/or the Indiana Governor’s office will be taken.
