Participants must submit photographs of their trade goods, themselves and their assistants in period dress along with their completed application and full payment to be considered for acceptance. A website address or uploaded photo attachments are both acceptable for online applicants. Images must be included, or a website provided for photographs with paper applications. Tables are assigned on a first come - first served basis, pending show needs and quality control requirements. If you are not accepted, payment will be refunded.
The cost per table is $42.00
Tables measure 30”x 96”. Tables are to be covered and skirted to the floor using a period-appropriate covering so merchandise and boxes stored underneath are not visible from the aisles. Please keep all fire and emergency exits, as well as aisles free from hazards. No items or containers may protrude from on top of or under the tables into the aisles. All items, tables, and property belonging to that booth must remain within the markings.
All items for sale or display must be pre-1890 original or reproduction firearms, accouterments or related crafts. Each exhibitor is obligated to honestly and properly present his/her merchandise at this show. Reproductions, altered items or modified originals must be so identified. Racks, boxes, cases and shelves used for displaying merchandise must be pre-1890 in appearance.

During show hours, all dealers and their assistants wearing vendor badges must be dressed in pre-1890 style clothing. Absolutely no jeans or modern pants. The only exception is the use of modern footwear if necessary.
It is our policy to refund payment in full if we receive cancellation notification from a dealer 10 days prior to the date of the show. If cancellation is made less than 10 days before the show date, the refund will be based on our ability to resell the space. No refunds will be made to dealers that do not arrive at the show by 9:00 a.m. Saturday.
In case of the event being canceled due to COVID-19 restrictions, the dealers will be refunded in full.
Individuals may sell an item or two, such as a period-correct firearm while attending the show. This MUST be from their person and not a fixed location. The selling of multiple items from their person, throughout the hallways and aisles, blocking vendor tables, etc. will not be permitted. Please be courteous and aware of the surroundings and do not block booths or tables while discussing a private sale.
The only wild game parts that may be sold are lawfully taken fur hides, squirrel tails, deer hides, antlers and hooves, and cured feathers from game birds. Persons engaged in the sale and/or purchase of game and non-game; turtle, reptile, bird, animal hides, plumes, feathers, teeth, claws, bones, parts or organs are to check with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources to determine if restrictions apply: Indiana Department of Natural Resources, 317-232-4200. www.in.gov/dnr
“The Indian Arts and Crafts Act of 1990,” Public Law 101-644, Section 104a, reads in part; “It is unlawful to offer or display for sale or sell goods, with or without a Government trademark, in any manner that falsely suggests it is Indian produced, an Indian product, or the product of a particular Indian or Indian tribe or Indian arts and crafts organization, resident within the United States.”
If a Native American Indian makes the items you sell, make sure you have the paperwork to prove it. If a Non-Native American makes your items, some statement to that effect must be displayed and attached to each item.

Vendor badges must be worn in a visible and appropriate manner for the duration of the event. This applies to all vendors and assistants. All persons wearing a vendor badge must be in pre-1890s style clothing. If a person is caught using a vendor badge and not in appropriate attire, they will be required to pay the regular entry fee or leave the event. Vendors are allowed two complimentary badges for the first table rented, and one free badge for each additional table to a maximum of six badges. Additional badges may be purchased at $10.00 each. Badges must be requested in the appropriate space on the registration form.
Friday evening the building will be locked until 5:00 P.M. No Early arrivals will be admitted. Upon arrival, come through the main doors of the Witham Pavilion to pick up badges and be shown your tables. No public will be admitted Friday. Only those with badges will be allowed in and out of the buildings. Unloading and set-up is open from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Friday evening. The doors will open to registered participants at 8 a.m. on Saturday. You must provide your own carts or equipment needed for unloading.
Vendors must remain with goods displayed on all tables for the duration of the show. There is absolutely no tearing down or packing of goods prior to 4 p.m. on Sunday. If you are noted as having torn down or packing early, you will not be invited back to the event. Vendors must be completely out of the building by 6 p.m. on Sunday.
Only registered exhibitors are permitted to sell or display merchandise. Absolutely NO subleasing or sharing space with anyone who is not a registered dealer.
For security purposes, only registered participants will be allowed in the building during set-up and tear-down times. Additionally, no one is allowed inside of the tables without a vendor badge. At the close of set-up and the show hours on Saturday and Sunday, we ask that you please cover your tables and lift your table skirts. No participants will be allowed to sleep in the venue. The doors will be locked until 8 a.m. the following morning. Security will patrol the premises after hours.
Dealer parking is available in the gravel lot to the East of the buildings. Dealers dropping trailers (except those with handicapped parking stickers) are required to park them in the East vendor parking. No parking next in the loading dock areas or blocking any of the bay doors. All vehicles parked in these areas will be ticketed and towed at owner’s expense.
Campsites are available for dealers with modern, self-contained units only. Water and bathroom facilities are not available. (Space may be limited due to the weather.) The Boone County 4-H Fairgrounds is a smoke-free environment. Those wishing to smoke may do so outside by leaving and re-entering the building by the main entrance only. Indiana law requires you do not smoke within 8’ of a door or entryway. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises.
Non-denominational church service will be held Sunday morning at 8:15 a.m.
